It was an exciting morning, with some surprise visitors at Jump Jam.
Clifford and Geronimo Stilton came to join us and to promote the book fair.
The children were all very excited and full of chatter about it. After dancing with them and giving Clifford a big high five, we went back to class and wrote about the experience. The stories are hanging up in the classroom so pop in and have a read.

Our bouncy visitor
This week we have talking about the letter R and to support that learning I bought along a visitor...
My pet rabbit, Alfie came in to spend the day. During the day we wrote stories about him, drew pictures of him, watched him hop around and all enjoyed having a pat of him.
Alfie had a great day, everyone looked after him and used kind and gentle hands. I am sure he will come back again.

Road Safety
Today Constable Lorena came to talk to us about road safety. She took us outside to the zebra crossing and walked across the road with us. We learnt to look both ways, listen for vehicles and how to walk smartly.

PMP mornings
Wednesday mornings means PMP time.
PMP (Perceptual Motor Programme) is all about spacial awareness, developing motor skills and children's perceptual knowledge and judgement.
For our children it is fun, exciting and an active portion of their day.
